A real tribute to the Jet Age, a car that traces it’s design to the 1959 Cadillac Cyclone concept car. With twin rocket fins, it was Cadillac’s embodiment of the space race era! and the Coupe deVille was a higher trim level than the regular series 62 coupe, especially since bucket seats were offered on the Coupe deVille but NOT the series 62 Coupe.

Much like Howard Carter did when he opened up King Tut’s estate, we shall decode the hieroglyphics of the trim tag! 6347 is the Coupe deVille code. 12 is the code for Olympic White exterior Paint. Accessory “E” is Soft Ray tinted glass, and “K” is air conditioner. by the “TRIM” section, we see 59 B – which means Red Leather, and the “B” is for bucket seats! What this further means is this car is done in the exact same way it was when it left the showroom back in 1962!
