Here it is – out, running, and enjoyable! Starts easily with the factory electric starter! This is a very nicely restored car, with good paint, plating and interior. The tires are big 35 X 4 1/2 – this car was built to capture the large, luxury car trade.

Great Profile – a big car, nicely proportioned. Great features including the fold – down windshield, plated rim electric lamps, and plated bumper.
.
The 303 Cubic inch six cylinder engine includes many advanced features – it has pressure oiling to the main bearings, and a dual power takeoff on both sides of the engine. The engine was rebuilt, the power take-offs remade properly, and all of the technical updates known to the Overland community were done when the engine was out.
.
The fuel is brought forward by the vacuum tank.
.
The trans-axle 3 speed transmission is a very interesting feature.
.
Cone style clutch and driveshaft tube anchored to the frame by bushings, and of course the U-joint for the driveshaft itself.
.
Excellent leather interior, done in the correct pattern. I can say that because the factory documentation of this car’s configuration is very comprehensive, we have repair manuals with good photos as well as copies of original magazine road tests that clearly show how the Overland model 82 was when it was new. The restoration was done with faithfulness to originality and authenticity.
.
Nicely instrumented, with speedometer, oil pressure, and amp meter. The wood on the clutch pedal is used to keep the clutch dis-engaged – most horseless carriage owners with cone clutches use this technique to keep their clutches from slipping.
.
Excellent steering wheel with the familiar spark and throttle quadrant controls.
.
Here is the detail on the electrical control box. Again, the original piece, shown in the Overland literature.
.
Nice folding windshield.
.
More beautiful interior.
Note the jumpseats – this is a 7 passenger automobile.
.
Climb in and drive!
.
Excellent!
.
Nice Stewart Speedometer.
Here it is with the windshield up.
Rear View.
Overland brake and tail lamps on both sides.
The biggest car made by Overland, HCCA eligible, technically advanced, and easy to start and drive!
